Acteum Group was founded on 1 January 1976 with the formation of an unicorporated management consulting practice that was incorporated in 2000 and became known as Acteum Consulting.

Since its founding, Acteum has assisted hundreds of companies, associations and individuals to start or manage their enterprises.

The Group’s main work has been related to organisational leadership, shareholder and board disputes, difficult turnarounds, formation and embedding of corporate values, sector reform and strategy-level marketing and finance.

In 1996, as a result of conducting a review of the impact of Territory laws on Indigenous Australians, Acteum’s partners commenced an association with Indigenous organisations that continues to this day.
