INDIGENOUS BUSINESS UNIT providing the full range of management consulting and corporate advisory services to Indigenous businesses. Services include diagnostics, effectiveness reviews, strategic and business planning, finance applications and advocacy and directors’ training.

GOVERNMENT BUSINESS UNIT providing services to Government Departments, including management consultancy, policy development, and a range of mentoring, monitoring, effectiveness reviews, change management and governance training for the client organisations of Government.

OVERSEAS BUSINESS UNIT assisting Australian and overseas organisations develop links between Australia, SE Asia and the Americas. Services include board representation, market surveys, confidential research and contract negotiation.

GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP UNIT assisting Boards, Management Committees and CEOs to improve corporate governance and director effectiveness.

THE SECRETARIAT providing anything from a fully-functioning secretariat for organisations, companies, meetings or Boards, through to part-time or casual support to existing secretariats.
